Refund and Returns Policy: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging.

Our return and refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Here are some situations where our products may not be eligible for return:

  • If the item shows signs of physical damage.
  • If the product has been used.
  • If the return is initiated more than 3 days after delivery.

To process your return, please provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

There are specific circumstances in which partial refunds may be issued:

  • Products showing clear signs of use.
  • Sealed items that have been unsealed.
  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing components for reasons unrelated to our error.
  • Items returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding its approval or rejection.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within three business days.

If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, start by reviewing your bank account records for any recent transactions. If you still don’t see the refund, reach out to your bank directly. Keep in mind that processing times can vary, and it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Swap or Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. If you need to exchange an item for reasons such as color or other physical attributes, please contact us via email.

Gifts

If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to its value. After the returned item is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item wasn’t designated as a gift during purchase, or if the giver opted to have the order shipped to themselves before presenting it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The delivery timeline for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added security. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
